Our Background It all started with an idea back in 1991. Transoft Solutions' President and Founder, Milton Carrasco, was a practicing engineer when he saw a clear need for a new and easier way of applying design tools to his projects. His initial product development centered on the idea that civil engineers, architects, and roadway designers would benefit greatly by applying software that analyzes vehicle movement characteristics according to government standards.
