We currently have an opening for a Customer Engagement Manager at our head office in Richmond, BC.



Our community loves us. We want to harness that excitement and passion by building a network of product champions. We are looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to develop and support a network of Product Champions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop: Working with a cross-functional team, develop a community program to build and support product champions.
  • Communicate: Liaise with and support product champions with training and content.
  • Administer: Organize and co-ordinate champion schedules, agreements and compensation.

You have enough technical savvy and in time will be able to speak our language when connecting with our Champions. You have the ability to comprehend the vision, develop the building blocks and execute on the details that will get us there.


Experience and Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor’s in related discipline and/or relevant experience
  • You’ve gained 5+ years of experience, preferably in a technical industry and in a B2B environment.
  • You have a proven networking track record.
  • Experience with engineering software, is a bonus.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are a team player and a self-starter. You work effectively with a wide variety of people and can take initiative.
  • You are highly motivated with a passion for success.
  • You handle pressure well and you are an enthusiastic person.
  • You are exceptionally diligent, detail oriented and organized.
  • You are able to travel within North America (up to 25% in a year.)
