ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Expanding our influence and geographic reach, the Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing a network of brand champions that will facilitate sales opportunities, build partnerships with educational institutions, and promote the Transoft brand as thought leaders in transportation engineering software.
– corral customer feedback and shape it into business cases for new development opportunities
– identify leads for customer success stories to assist with marketing.
