ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Transoft is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager who has implemented sales practices for maximum revenues by motivating and supporting a dedicated team. The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team meets revenue targets in all market segments: Simulation, Design and Aviation across the Americas.
You are first and foremost a leader. You have a knack for motivating, encouraging and developing your team with energy and enthusiasm. You are a relationship builder, passionate about sales and are always thinking about the customer.
You have previous experience selling technical software sales to both direct and indirect channel sales, (ideally, selling computer aided design (CAD) related software) to small, medium and large corporate clients. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, and business aptitude/acumen.
You absolutely love to win and can’t stand the thought of losing to the competition and that drives you. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and drive, you are vibrant and can motivate everyone around you. You ask a lot of questions and are never, ever satisfied with ‘good enough.’
