We currently have an opening for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at our Asia Pacific head office in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and marketing professional who wants to develop with a rapidly growing company. Working closely with Transoft offices in Shanghai and Bangalore, together with our Head Office sales and marketing teams (based in Canada) ensuring that the international product and sales needs are being addressed and maximized in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales & marketing activities within the region.
  • Pre- and post-sales support for customers and resellers.
  • Coordinate marketing research and promotional activities for our products and services.
  • Update and maintain our CRM system, client lists and communication.
  • Coordinate advertising and press materials together with implementation of sales and marketing plans for the Asia Pacific Region.
  • Assist with generating business through existing and new customer channels and drive targeted results within the region.
  • Assist with the localisation and launch of local language versions of products and materials.
  • Manage reseller and end user events on a regional basis.

You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook), can think on your feet, have great communications skills and have excellent customer management skills.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or relevant experience
  • Recent graduate considered, although previous sales and marketing support experience would be an advantage

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent command of English.  
  • Fluency with an Asian language (Japanese or Korean) preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to develop relationships in International markets.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for success.
  • Self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision.
  • Must be resourceful, dependable, detail-oriented, well organized and a team player.
