We currently have an opening for a Sales Support Coordinator at our head office in Richmond, BC. Working with the Americas sales team, the Sales Support Coordinator assists in customer coordination, research, CRM customer updates, and sending out product information to customer leads.  May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or other sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correlate customer information from website downloads, cross reference leads, and prioritize potential opportunities,
  • Research potential customer leads contact information and cross reference CRM data while updating as required,
  • Synchronize customer leads from external sales presentations, prioritizing opportunities, cross reference and update CRM data, and send out sales material accordingly,
  • Prospect current client lists for opportunities.

You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook), can think on your feet, have great communications skills and have excellent customer management skills. You are looking to start your career in Sales or Customer Service and are looking for an exciting company to join.


  • Preferably you have Post-secondary education or relevant experience.
  • Experience with CRM would be an asset and some experience with software sales would be helpful.


  • You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You are a strong communicator, with the ability to respond to common inquiries from customers and suppliers in English, both written and oral.
  • You are very organized and detailed oriented
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills with an optimistic personality
  • You are a self-starter and motivated to be successful.
