Make your Presentations Stand Out with InVision
InVision lets you share your concepts more readily and professionally. Animate, coordinate, and sequence multiple vehicle simulations around roadways, intersections, and roundabouts; then export them to popular video file formats for playback in visual design confirmation and dynamic stakeholder presentations.
3D Animation and Modeling of Vehicle Simulations
- New! Support for multiple rendering options (Wireframe, Shaded, and Realistic) in the CAD environment
- New! Work with high definition realistic vehicle models in the animation
- New! Support of 3D vehicle animations on full 3D terrain models
Animate and Sequence Multiple Vehicle Simulations
- New! Convert AutoTURN, TORUS Roundabouts, and NEXUS Intersection simulations into animations
- New! Combine AutoTURN, TORUS Roundabouts, and NEXUS Intersection simulations into the same animation
- Animate vehicle maneuvers to check for conditions such as traffic flow patterns, access to entrance ways and onramps, urban transportation scenarios, from AutoTURN, TORUS Roundabout, or NEXUS Intersection drawings
- InVision works with drawings containing AutoTURN vehicle simulations, TORUS Roundabout and NEXUS Intersection vehicle movements (does not require original software to be installed on same workstation) to be used for sequencing and output animation
- Order the display of each animated simulation within the presentation
- Set individual vehicle simulation start and stop times
- Insert pauses (pauses can be moved and/or stretched) within a simulation to assist in sequencing
Adjustable Display Views
- New! Define custom static or mobile cameras (for rendered 3D viewing)
- New! Simulate driver eye view with mobile camera (for rendered 3D viewing)
- New! Simulate traffic camera with static camera (for rendered 3D viewing)
- New! Create panoramic, aerial or flyby views using custom camera (for rendered 3D viewing)
- Ability to pan to center on selected point within the drawing
- Ability to follow a moving vehicle with the view constantly centered on the simulation
- Zoom onto a specific part of the drawing or object to make it appear larger or smaller on screen
- Adjust the duration of an individual simulation within a presentation so relative speed is either faster or slower compared with other simulations
Capturing and Recording Simulations
- New! Ability to import and export key datum such as driver’s eye location, key camera locations
- Multiple vehicle movement simulations can be recorded in a single presentation
- Create, edit, play, and record presentations within the InVision Editor
- Select the animation speed for presentation playback within the InVision Editor or Player
Video File Output and Playback
- New! Export 3D animation as AVI files for playback on various devices and platforms
- Play presentations in the drawings or record presentations to AVI using the InVision Player
- Set the final playback length of the AVI so that presentations can be viewed with a fixed time scale
- Simulations can be exported to and saved in different multimedia video files using a number of standard codecs
- Select different video codecs to reduce output video file size
- Recorded files can be opened and viewed on any computer with most video players
