Success Story [The Transpo Group]
We recently used Transoft's ParkCAD software to quickly
illustrate a potential parking-lot redesign at a State University.
In the past, a "quick" illustration such as this would have consisted
of a series of roughed-in lines to simulate the parking stall angles
and only a gross estimation of the number of stalls that such an
alignment might provide. Utilizing ParkCAD in the concept process,
we were able to more accurately illustrate the layout and provide
a much more detailed estimation of available ITE standard based
parking stalls. This efficiency from ParkCAD allowed us to provide
our client with timely and accurate information that helped them
arrive at an informed decision.
