The quick tour window appears every time you launch the software and provides a quick video tour of the most popular tools in AutoTURN. Simply click on the video of the tool you would like to see in action.
Once you launch your AutoTURN, these helpful resources will be located on the far right of your toolbar:
Tutorials
Simply click on Tutorials and select the tool you’d like to learn how to use and follow the step-by-step instructions on using AutoTURN in different scenarios.
Technical Support
Got questions? Click on Technical Support to access our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page and search our extensive product knowledge base, which addresses some of the common inquiries about the software.
Help Files
For in-depth information on features and step-by-step written instructions for specific tasks, simply click the question mark to visit the product’s Help File. Once the Help File loads, you’ll see the table of content and a search field. Easily type what you’re looking for in the search field to find the content you need sooner.
