Transoft Solutions Announces Reorganization Plans

Transoft Solutions Inc., developers of innovative transportation engineering software solutions, has announced plans to reorganize by introducing business units focused on its core offerings: Vehicle Simulation solutions, Civil & Transportation solutions, and Airport Infrastructure solutions. The reorganization will put Transoft in a better position to serve its growing user base while maintaining its outstanding level of customer care – a hallmark for which the company is known for.

As part of the shift towards business units, Transoft is pleased to announce the appointment of key members to specialized roles in support of the reorganization. Prior to acquisition, and after years of leading Simtra to become a recognized brand within the aviation sector, Mr. Ben van Leest has been appointed to head Transoft’s Airport Infrastructure team including AviPLAN and related software. Mr. Daniel Shihundu has returned to Transoft after a 5 year hiatus to lead the Civil & Transportation solutions team and will manage its growing line of design-oriented solutions including ROAD CEM™ and SITE CEM™. Long-standing Transoft member, Mr. Steven Chan, will move into the role as unit head for the Vehicle Simulation team overseeing the development of the company’s market-leading flagship product AutoTURN. The announced changes aim to enhance customer experiences at both the product and support levels.

In addition to the appointments, Transoft is pleased to announce promotions for some of its outstanding talents in the areas of development, marketing, and quality assurance. Leading the software team as the Director of Software Development will be Mr. Chris Milne who has been with the company for over 10 years. Mr. Andrew Yang will move into the position of Director of Marketing Communications after having served in similar and evolving capacities for over 10 years. And last but not least Mr. Carlo Pechuanco has been promoted to the role of Manager, DevOps, continuing to lead the team that has elevated Transoft’s brand as a leader in customer support.
