We currently have an opening for a Civil Engineering Technologist at our head office in Richmond, BC.



 Working with other members of the Product Management team, the Civil Engineering Technologist gets involved with researching new product ideas, creating new innovative software, and delivering product presentations. Meet our customers virtually or face-to-face at tradeshows, industry conferences and in their offices – travel within North America and perhaps even other parts of the world.


After you are trained on our products, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide product training and demonstrations to both internal and external clients, onsite and through webcasts.
  • Assist with prototype testing as proxy to users and document feedback.
  • Prepare and develop AutoCAD/MicroStation drawings and product training material.
  • Liaise with our technical community providing product expertise.
  • Perform technical research tasks including reviewing of guidelines, research papers, and journals.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • You possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in road design, site/land development.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • You are proficient with AutoCAD, Civil3D (experience with MicroStation is an asset).
  • You are a good communicator, in both verbal and written forms.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • You are detail-oriented, goal-oriented, well organized and can work successfully under tight deadlines.
