We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager at our head office in Richmond, BC to pull together our Business Units’ marketing initiatives and execute the marketing strategy for the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing strategy for the Region, liaising between Product and Corporate Marketing teams.
  • Align Business Units campaigns within the region harnessing synergies to leverage effort and effect.
  • Responsible for executing regional campaigns and events. Support and translate product specific campaigns to meet the unique regional requirements:
    – Designs and executes the methodology and approach,
    – Create and monitor customer feedback mechanisms,
    – Apply research strategies to increase focus and alignment of marketing campaigns
    – Plan and execute trade shows and other customer events.
  • Leverage our marketing automation tool (Marketo) to report the conversion ration from leads to opportunities in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Coordinate print advertisement within the region.
  • Manage content for regional website(s), social media, and digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate regional campaigns that focus on the delivery of the BU Strategic Plan within the Region


You have a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and have marketed technical products to a highly technical audience. You are determined and friendly. You understand the needs of the customer and the best way to deliver the message.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent required. Bonus points for candidates with engineering or CAD experience. MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience within a B2B environment is preferred. Software marketing experience is an asset. Pragmatic Marketing certification is a bonus.
  • 2+ years’ experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation software.
  • Understanding of how Google AdWords and Google Analytics contributes to demand generation
  • Experience with project management and productivity collaboration tools (Asana, Wrike, Basecamp)
  • Proven experience with social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Proven experience launching new-to-the-world products.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills; Proven ability to communicate with effect; strong presentation skills, assert and speak and present with confidence, and excellent written skills
  • Exceptional skills at planning, organizing, implementing and communicating integrated marketing plans across business lines and departments.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement marketing plans that align with product lifecycles, and application of marketing strategies, tools, and understanding of CRM.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with different entrusted internal and external parties, building partnerships, influencing and managing conflicts, and the ability to navigate through competing priorities diplomatic and tactfully to deliver a desired effect.  Must be able to juggle multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure within a team setting.
  • Strong business acumen, optimistic with an ability to set goals, plan and manage projects and priorities, and understanding risk to reward concept.
  • Ability to travel in North America (may be required from time to time).
