The 2024 User Group Event will span four days and will feature product-specific presentations, guest speaker from leading institution, and practical insights. Each day is dedicated to a specific product category, ensuring you get detailed knowledge, tailored to your professional needs.
Day 1: Irish Products | 22nd October
Kick off the event with a focus on our Irish products, including KeySIGN Eire and KeyLINES. These sessions will provide valuable insights into tools specifically designed to meet the unique needs of road design and signage in Ireland. Whether you’re new to these products or an experienced user, you’ll gain knowledge to maximise your potential.

Led by Alan Mason, Senior Product Manager, this session will introduce updates, discuss key product features, and answer your burning questions.
Day 2: Traffic Products | 23rd October
Day 2 centres around our Traffic Products, KeySIGN, KeyPOST, KeyLINES, and KeySIGNALS. Expect presentations from our product managers, including new and advanced features that will enhance your traffic design and management processes.

Day 3: Landscape Products | 6th November

Day 4: Safety Products | 7th November
Closing the four-day event, we dive into the latest safety innovations with the release of KeyACCIDENT, with support for the latest STATS 19 2024 update. This day is a must for anyone invested in road safety and accident analysis.

Special guest Nick Reed from National Highways will discuss how accident investigation can improve road safety. Kevin Skillings, Product Manager, will lead sessions on KeyACCIDENT, covering everything from data migration to new features.
